About The Position

Anlin Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in Clovis, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, supporting customers throughout the sales process, and partnering closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

Experience in the window and door or building materials industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Proactively engage existing and prospective customers to generate leads, quote products, and close sales
Respond to inbound customer inquiries with timely, accurate information on products, pricing, and availability
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
Process orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems
Partner with outside sales representatives to support territory growth and customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, scheduling, production) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
