Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the decorative plumbing, lighting, or hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
