About The Position

As you become more familiar with our storage technologies, you will move into Storage Solutions Sales, Enterprise Account Management, or Channel Sales. Requirements

• AA, BA or BS degree in business, marketing, technology or other related degrees.
• Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, outgoing and aggressive personality.
• Excellent people skills and customer-driven personality.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with online tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive and ambition to improve company revenues.
• Passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Create warm prospects for the sales team into long term accounts.
• Contact organizations of all sizes to understand their IT infrastructure and storage needs.
• Work with Sales managers to close business with interested prospects.
• Generate quotes and collect purchase orders and related order paperwork.
• Follow up with customers after they have placed an order to provide status updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services post-sale.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding pending purchase orders.
• Develop reference and customer advisory committee programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create incentive and reward programs for loyal customers.
• Engage in miscellaneous projects related to sales and marketing.
