Position: Project Coordinator / Inside Sales - Level I Profitable selling of the HVAC products represented by CFM Company is the core business of the company.  This position is primarily responsible for assisting outside sales personnel in selling the products to mechanical contractors.  The work is accomplished in an office environment during normal business hours.  Occasional out of office work may include visits to customers’ offices, job site visits, and factory training sessions. The work involves the execution of the complete sales process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum two years related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one-year related work experience
  • General Construction Industry Experience
  • Plan Take-offs
  • Estimating
  • Quotations
  • Project Management
  • HVAC Equipment Representative or Wholesale Representative

Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and procedures as described in the Employee Handbook concerning work hours, vacation requests, appearance, etc.
  • Arrive at work promptly and be prepared to commence work at the normal start time.

  • Product selection and pricing
  • Quotations
  • Submittals
  • Order Entry
  • Project logs
  • Accounting documentation for project billing
  • Project Follow-up:
  • Shipment tracking, IOM’s/Warranties
  • Develop manufacturer relationship(s) as “Product Champion”
  • Apply computer skills: Windows, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sales Office, BlueBeam Revu, manufacturer software and online programs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
