This entry-level position in our Inside Sales Department is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a limited amount of prior sales or corporate experience. This role is in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. You will reach out to and qualify potential seller and buyer leads, schedule appointments for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists, and utilize strong communication and follow-up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments. You will also build and manage your leads and follow-ups through our CRM system while providing exceptional customer service to prospective and recurring clients.
