As an Inside Sales Agent with DreamLawn, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking lawn care services. You will educate customers on our offerings, book services, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects the high-quality experience DreamLawn is known for. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by converting inquiries into scheduled services while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and customer inquiries.
  • Sell DreamLawn services and book them directly into the scheduling calendar.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, service options, recommendations, and availability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving concerns.
  • Achieve daily performance quotas, including: 50 outbound/inbound calls per day, 3 new services/customers per day, $1,000 in daily revenue
  • Maintain organized and detailed customer records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and reinforce service value.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless completion of scheduled lawn care services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of or interest in lawn care is beneficial but not required.
