Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (open to candidates willing to obtain the license)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional service
• Proactive and results-driven mindset
• Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with leads
