About The Position

The Inside Sales Advisor serves as a key driver of revenue and client engagement in a fast-paced, app-driven charter marketplace. This individual will respond to inbound leads, re-engage previously quoted clients, and accelerate new business opportunities generated by digital campaigns, marketing initiatives, events, and partner networks. Success in this role requires urgency, precision, consistent follow-up, and a relationship-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and build trust quickly.
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills, with consistent attention to detail and documentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Driven by responsiveness, accuracy, and client care.
  • Naturally relationship-oriented and confident in consultative selling.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving environment with many simultaneous deals.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in aviation, hospitality, travel services, or other high-touch premium service environments.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound app and web leads with speed, professionalism, and a consultative approach.
  • Re-engage dormant or previously quoted prospects to renew interest and advance them to active opportunities.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide clients through options including on-demand charter, jet cards, and membership solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, disciplined pipeline with accurate activity tracking and forecasting within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless client handoff and continuity of service.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead flow, client experience, and conversion outcomes.
