About The Position
Seeking an Inside Sales Administrator for a growing manufacturing facility in Newton, KS. As the Inside Sales Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-level customer service while coordinating sales orders from entry through production and final shipment. This role supports the sale, production, and shipment of fabricated parts. Responsibilities include order processing, customer communication, quote generation, scheduling coordination, and shipping logistics for both domestic and international orders.
Requirements
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must have strong data entry and record maintenance skills.
- Must be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with contract pricing administration.
- Previous customer service, inside sales, and/or account management experience is required.
