Receive correspondence from external and internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis. Tasks will include quoting, executing, final pricing, and invoicing. Responsible for managing open order dates and work scope. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple divisions. (Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, Customer) Ability to research and identify necessary repair parts. This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected. Overtime, and after hour work can be required during outage season. Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times. Attend and participate in required trainings. Participate in the after hour and weekend ‘On-Call’ rotation. Always build and cultivate solid relationships. Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
