About The Position

ALCIVIA is growing and looking to add a full-time Inside Sales Account Specialist at our brand new state-of-the-art grain facility in Hager City, WI. The new facility will offer new marketing opportunities to grain producers in west central Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota by opening access to desirable domestic and export markets and arbitrage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Account Specialist, Account Manager, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute cross-selling strategies to promote additional products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Work independently and with technical teams to align customer business needs with ideal solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the performance of sales campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct thorough research and discovery to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with customer objectives and improve their financial success.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to position our offerings effectively.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies and tactics to maximize profitability.
  • Generate regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer walk-in business at the Hager City scale house, providing assistance to them.
  • Other duties as assigned.
