About The Position

The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone and email to receive and process orders.
• Cultivate and manage client connections.
• Input new client information and update sales records for current clients in digital databases.
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure ongoing account communication and activities.
• Generate quotations as requested and distribute them accordingly.
• Address technical and business concerns of potential clients.
• Swiftly and effectively respond to client inquiries.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish agreements with clients on stock.
• Confirm and communicate scheduling or order adjustments with clients, updating them on activity status.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues for clients.
• Assist clients and coordinate payment terms with accounting approval.
• Enter orders accurately into the computer system to prevent errors and omissions.
• Provide technical literature to clients via email upon request.
• Respond to technical queries from clients.
• Handle and process return requests for defective materials.
• Review client blueprints and propose potential part solutions.
• Demonstrate behavioral competencies and required skills to meet company objectives effectively.
