The Corporate Inside Sales team are a successful, diverse and sociable group, working together to drive new business and maintain customer loyalty. We are seeking a Account Manager as a direct report to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting our corporate customers across the regions base and delivering a relative sales target. This role drives the delivery of profit and revenue growth across our established base whilst maintaining high NPS customer satisfaction scores each year. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the diversity of customer accounts for the region through frequent and meaningful customer interactions, and careful planning and forecasting to ensure the best return on investment. Sales excellence is only delivered by creating an environment for brilliant performance. This role will maintain a continual focus on demonstrating high standards and sales excellence, managing KPI’s, Salesforce hygiene and the full sales cycle across all opportunities. Also by working collaboratively with the wider teams to achieve the best outcomes for your customers agreed partnership strategies.
