As an Inside Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing and inbound client accounts by delivering branded merchandise solutions and a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day account needs, executing projects from order through delivery, and contributing to revenue growth through proactive sales outreach and relationship building. You will partner closely with the eCommerce Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support execution of sales initiatives. Success in this role comes from being highly organized, responsive to customer needs, and proactive in guiding customers through the ordering process to drive repeat business and account growth. .
