The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all incoming phone calls directed to the sales desk, responding to email inquiries, and managing outbound campaigns in conjunction with marketing to achieve new sales. This role will also involve managing interactions between the sales managers and channel resellers, and achieving assigned quotas based on a personalized Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The primary objective is to respond to all sales inquiries in a timely and thorough manner, delight customers by upholding rf IDEAS' superior customer satisfaction standards through impeccable service delivery, and create a pipeline of sales opportunities for follow-up by the Territory Manager. Additionally, the Inside Sales Manager will assist with tradeshow follow-up and lead generation.
