Requirements

• A natural people person who builds instant rapport with clients.
• A competitive closer who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Coachable and always hungry to learn and improve.
• Tech-savvy with CRM or call center experience (Excel/Word skills a plus).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, call centers, automotive, solar, mortgage, real estate, debt relief, or tax services is a major advantage — but not required.

• Speak with inbound callers seeking help with tax debt and financial solutions.
• Use our proven 3-step process: consult, listen, and deliver solutions.
• Build trust through empathy, confidence, and communication.
