About The Position

LendSure Mortgage Corp is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to work in our Warwick, RI office Monday through Friday. New to the Mortgage industry, you will earn as you are learning about Non-QM Mortgages products. Requirements

  • Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year sales experience
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual/presentation communication skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize

Nice To Haves

  • Utilization of Social Media to drive sales
  • LOS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels.
  • In addition, the Inside AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology.
  • Utilize both company-supplied and self-generated leads, as well as marketing resources, to initiate contact with prospective new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products.
  • Coordinate broker / bank approval process, - wholesale agreements.
  • Communicate and train clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers.
  • Meet minimum production goals , tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM. You are required to make 50-75 calls per day.
  • Manages the loan pipeline actively and provides clients with ongoing service support.
