Net Health is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive II for Value-Based Care Solutions specifically targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role is pivotal in driving sales through effective prospecting, pipeline creation, and managing sales opportunities from inception to closure. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will collaborate closely with the Field Account Executive and Sales Director to achieve sales targets, contributing significantly to outbound campaign design and lead qualification. The ISR will be responsible for responding to inbound leads across various channels, developing and qualifying opportunities, and managing leads for site additions and product add-ons. This position requires conducting discovery calls, coordinating product demonstrations, building quotes, presenting pricing proposals, and securing signed contracts. The ISR will engage in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to target specific accounts and personas. Diligent follow-up on inbound leads is essential to advance conversations and schedule meetings with Account Executives. The role demands adherence to established sales processes and maintaining high sales standards. As the initial point of contact for the sales team, the ISR will play a crucial role in building the company brand and applying knowledge of the post-acute care setting to facilitate effective prospecting efforts. In addition to managing relationships with new and prospective customers, the ISR will communicate effectively with existing clients, setting appropriate expectations for next steps in sales opportunities and delivering excellent follow-up on client inquiries. The role also involves tracking all activities in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM, ensuring accurate updates on prospect data and competitive information. The ISR will work collaboratively with various team members, including the Sales Director, Account Executive, Solution Specialist, and Account Manager, to meet client and prospect requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
