About The Position
As a Pricing Specialist at DP World, you will serve as the primary liaison between the US and Mexico Freight Forwarding teams and the global DP World Freight Forwarding network. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal pricing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, which include prospecting, lead generation, and account management. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with colleagues across the globe, ensuring exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns. In this position, you will prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations that align with DP World's pricing and service standards. You will work closely with peers globally to ensure consistent communication and processes for the US and Mexico markets. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to facilitate seamless service delivery and enhance the customer experience. Your role will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to ensure that service delivery meets the expectations of the DP World network. You will be tasked with addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipment expectations, and analyzing customer reporting as needed to support decision-making and strategy development.
