Requirements

Inside Plant & Networking knowledge
Hands-on Fiber Optics experience
Project coordination and documentation
Experience in large-scale data center environments
Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving and adaptability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a physically active role
