About The Position
The Inside Merchant Services Sales Advisor focuses on growing client relationships with payment and card processing needs. Serves as a member of an Inside Sales team, virtually working as a trusted advisor with partners and clients across Key's Consumer footprint, providing recommendations and solutions to help Small Businesses achieve their goals; will resolve client issues and execute appropriate action to ensure client satisfaction. Partners with various functional groups and lines of business throughout the bank for growth opportunities.
