About the position
The Inside Industrial Sales / Technical Support Manager position at FMS involves engaging with customers and sales representatives to provide technical support and sales assistance for Force Measurement Sensors and Web Guide Systems. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and sales representatives to obtain project information.
- Specify appropriate products and prepare quotations.
- Work with vendors to implement new onsite production capability.
- Follow up on sales leads and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Address warranty and non-warranty claims.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required.
- 4 years of experience in Sales or Service preferred.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is necessary.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is helpful.
- Excellent math and mechanical skills are required.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits is a plus.
