We are currently looking to fill an Inside Sales Representative position at L2TMedia!

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that will enhance customer experience and internal operations.
  • B2B Appointment setting experience.
  • Ability to lead group discussions in person and remotely via web conferencing tools.
  • Solid understanding of Paid Search/Display/SEO/Social products and offerings that L2T Media provides.
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines while prioritizing and completing tasks with a concern for all the details involved – respecting internal partners.
  • Advanced problem solving and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic work environment.
  • Adaptable to evolving responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, and organizational culture.
  • Salesforce.com (CRM platform) and Teams (video conferencing) system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review L2T provided Salesforce cadences for outreach and provide feedback.
  • Make a minimum of 25 outbound calls/day (125/week. 500/month).
  • 10-15 scheduled demos monthly.
  • 5-10 completed demos monthly.
  • 2 new deals closed each month.
  • Make updates to contact information in salesforce while dialing to ensure database is as up to date as possible.
  • Set appointments via calendar invites including teams virtual meeting information.
  • Remind dealers of appointments set 24 hours prior to appointment.
  • Join appointments to ensure contact joins & call dealers to remind or encourage them to join meetings.
  • Follow up with contacts that did not attend meetings to reschedule.
  • Use strong conversation and outreach skills to earn confidence of prospects to set appointments.
  • Consult with manager on best practices relating to prospect outreach & identify areas of opportunity within current strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of digital knowledge and in-market changes that affect our dealers.
  • Understand what other digital solutions are available and how L2TMedia compares.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to internal and external needs.
