Job Description Summary: Develop complex data analysis, methodologies and predictive data models for inventory forecasting based on seasonality. Analyze complex datasets, identify trends and patterns, and generate reports to support decision-making. Develop dashboard visualizations to show trends and ordering patterns across the TTM Business unit based on the historical sales and finance data. Collaborate with the product managers for the Arctic Sun device and the Arctic Gel Pads and sales leadership to develop a dashboard to provide a target customer list based on units sold and revenue generated for a given time frame. Work cross-functionally with internal customers in offering insight and potential development of the Analytics Program with the Marketing and Sales team. Work with cross-functional teams, communicate insights to stakeholders and translate data into actionable business strategies. Provide data to field representatives that supports the process of root cause analysis in accounts focused on process improvement. Provide customer username, password, setup, training, and all other necessary steps to go live with Analytics Portal. Maintain analytics tracker daily to record status of agreements, create awareness to expiration dates, as well as remaining signatures needed to complete paperwork. Integrate projects within UCC TTM Sales Organizations and Marketing Departments. Develop systems and tools for effective data management, visualization and interpretation (systems design, dashboards, information graphics, mapping and Power BI). Coordinate data collection with internal partners and manage datasets. Develop and implement data collection systems, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities for optimization. Conduct statistical analyses to support decision-making processes. Collect, process and analyze large datasets from various sources. Hybrid in-office/remote position.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
  • In lieu of a Master’s degree in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study and two (2) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with: ANOVA; Exponential Smoothing; Prophet data models; Microsoft Power BI; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Salesforce; statistical analysis; SQL; and data visualization (Tableau or Power BI).
