The individual will expedite orders and maintain contact with customers and suppliers, resolve any order problems related to delivery or paperwork, and follow up on orders to ensure critical deliveries. The role also includes working in concert with the outside sales team to funnel leads and opportunities, resolving product issues, and following all safety procedures and guidelines.
