About The Position
The mission of this position is to address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and techniques. The essential duties include identifying and inflating tires correctly, placing wheels on balancing machines, dismounting and mounting wheels on vehicles, reassembling tires, replacing valve stems, locating and sealing punctures, and performing lube, oil, filter, and tire services on passenger and light truck vehicles as needed. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with customers, keeping tools and related tire accessories in good condition, maintaining a clean shop, protecting company assets, and embracing a culture of safety. Regular attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule and the ability to perform physical requirements as listed in the job description are also essential.
