About The Position
The mission of this position is to address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and techniques. The essential duties include identifying and inflating tires correctly, placing wheels on balancing machines, dismounting and mounting wheels on vehicles, reassembling tires, replacing valve stems, locating and sealing punctures, performing lube, oil, filter, and tire services on passenger and light truck vehicles, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and ensuring a clean shop environment. The role also emphasizes the importance of safety and protecting company assets.
