The Inside Channel team promotes sales growth by developing, nurturing and enabling their respective mid-tier account assignments within the NA Channel Partner ego-system. The inside channel account manager will create awareness of Motorola Solutions product, software and services by leveraging their subject matter expertise. This individual will also be skilled and proficient in our internal sales enablement and development tools. The Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) role will need the ability to establish strong business relationships at all levels of the partner’s organization with the express desire of becoming their trusted business advisor. Each channel specialist will be assigned a geographic area and will be expected to collaborate with their corresponding field sales counterparts. The channel specialist role will be measured and held accountable for both an individual and territory based goals.
