About The Position

We are seeking a driven Inside Channel Account Manager with at least 3 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably within Telecom, SaaS, or IT sectors. This role focuses on developing, managing, and growing relationships within our channel partner ecosystem to drive revenue and maximize market share. The ideal candidate has an inside sales background with a proven ability to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and partner engagement to closing business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle selling experience, including prospecting, presenting, and closing.
  • Proven inside sales experience; experience working with channel partners or in a partner-driven sales environment preferred.
  • Background in Telecom, SaaS, or IT industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and partner-driven sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard sales tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing partner enablement, training, and support to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights that align with their business goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and sales leadership to drive channel success.
