Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
License required

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Lead a client service team to deliver exceptional support.
Manage day-to-day account activities for assigned clients.
Assist senior brokers with larger, more complex accounts.
Handle a portfolio of clients with low to medium complexity.
Ensure smooth processes and deliver outstanding client-facing services.
