  • Minimum 5+ years of successful sales or sales management experience.
  • Proven management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and counseling sales personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Associates, ensuring achievement of revenue, win, and activity KPIs.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to retain and reactivate small to medium accounts, preventing customer churn.
  • Incorporate next-generation selling tools and processes, creating an efficient and productive sales environment.
  • Recruit, retain, and grow top sales talent while actively managing underperformance.
  • Monitor emerging marketplace trends to inform sales strategy and execution.
  • Participate in customer calls with associates, supporting challenging negotiations and custom pricing.
  • Hold regular team meetings and one-on-ones to communicate goals and reinforce professional selling skills.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, open communication, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Pricing, Recruiting, HR, and Sales Operations to drive results.
  • Deliver on assigned team quotas and contribute to retaining and growing portfolio.
