About The Position

Windstream Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Inside Account Executive for its outbound sales team. This position is a remote opportunity, allowing candidates to work from home anywhere in the United States. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to exceed expectations. As part of the Kinetic sales team, the Inside Account Executive will utilize advanced sales strategies and technology to effectively capitalize on selling opportunities. The Inside Account Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, delivering customized solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires updating customer accounts through computer-based systems and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM ET, with Saturday hours from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, allowing for days off on Sunday and either Wednesday or Thursday. After six months, there is an opportunity to shift to an earlier schedule, providing flexibility for employees. Candidates should possess a strong desire for high commissions in addition to a competitive base pay, along with proven experience in outbound sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also requires the ability to work assigned schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Windstream emphasizes the importance of maintaining a distraction-free workplace for remote employees, necessitating a reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS.
