About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Inside Account Representative with a strong work ethic and a professional manner who can HELP MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP CURRENT AND NEW CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. This is a key role for the team and organization. You will work directly with management and support the sales team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage data is an absolute must. Requirements

Previous experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate data entry and organizational abilities.
Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points.
Provide personalized solutions and address any issues promptly.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction .
Source new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify upsell opportunities.
Assist in preparing quotes and proposals.
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Enter orders, purchase order entry, and manage inventory.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Handle order modifications and adjustments.
General office administration support.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and account details.
Update customer profiles and contact information.
