Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a 3rd Shift Inserter Operator with experience running high-speed inserters such as BlueCrest, Kern, and/or Bell and Howell. This role is based in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
Requirements
- Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others can understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constant operation of machinery and handling of print materials
- Frequent movement throughout the facility
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25 pounds or more

- Good color discernment
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal output
- Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency
- Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity
- Check plates for correct format
- Visually inspect forms throughout production runs to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment
