What does a successful Inserter Operator do at Fiserv? Join our 1st shift or 2nd shift team at the Hazelwood, MO location where you'll receive advanced training on our world-class inserting equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the insert machine to ensure the production of accurate work in a timely manner. Conduct quality checks and perform other tasks based on workload requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating High Speed Inserting machines.
• Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
• A high school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
• This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of insert machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest.
• Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail.
• Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup.
