About The Position

OSG is seeking a skilled Insert Mail Machine Operator to safely operate the inserter machine and ensure that all job tickets are completed accurately and meet quality standards.  We currently have four shifts available Sunday to Tuesday night 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, Wednesday to Friday night 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday - Wednesday 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, Thursday to Saturday 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow job tickets accurately
• Understand basic postal concepts and requirements
• Properly load and unload stock for each job
• Consistently demonstrate safe lifting techniques for materials
• Meet or exceed production quotas while accurately sorting products by first and third class
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
