About The Position

This is a proposal position located at FT Belvoir, VA. The role requires meeting all qualifications and skills of Program Analyst Level II, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of workload analysis requirements determination, force management, or development, and capabilities development required to meet mission requirements. The candidate must be able to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems, possess knowledge of organizational structure (e.g., TDA, MTOE, AUGT, DAs), and demonstrate the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience related to workload analysis requirements determination, force management, or development.
• At least a portion of the experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education, or an additional 2 years of related experience for a total of 12 years as a substitute to the degree.
