About The Position
Invesco Real Estate (IRE) is a global leader in the real estate investment management business, managing $91.1 billion in real estate assets. Established in 1983, IRE invests across the risk-return spectrum, including core and opportunistic investments in equity and debt, both listed and direct, on a local and global scale. The Platform Investments strategy focuses on investing across the capital structure in real estate-related operating companies and GP entities in the U.S. The INREIT fund, launched in September 2020, has grown to over $1 billion in total assets, focusing on income-oriented investments with monthly distributions. As an MBA intern, you will assist the operations and management of the Platform Investments team and the INREIT team, engaging in underwriting new investment opportunities and managing existing portfolio companies. You will also be required to submit a capstone project, developing a thesis and underwriting a potential investment for presentation to the Platform Investments Committee.
