Inpatient RN Surg/OR - Operating Room
About The Position
Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 9:00am-7:30pm (orientation will be 6:30am-5:00pm). You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
