Inpatient RN OR Team Lead - Scrub
About The Position
Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 6:30am-3:00pm. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Requirements
- Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- At least three years clinical experience in assigned specialty area.
- Prior completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with related experience or successful completion of Scrub RN competency (Internal Northern Illinois Program).
- Bi-annual BLS Certification.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois.
Nice To Haves
