About The Position

The Inpatient RN Observation position at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL, involves working 60% FTE, specifically two 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois
Bi-annual CPR certification
For 911 Call Center Triage Only: 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting

Nice To Haves

For 911 Call Center Triage Only: Community nursing experience
Specialty certification in area of concentration
For 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire
