About The Position

This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse in Med Surg at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position is 90% FTE. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois
Bi-annual CPR certification
911 Call Center Triage Only - 2 years experience in an Emergency Room setting or Psychiatric Nursing setting

Nice To Haves

911 Call Center Triage Only - Community nursing experience
Specialty certification in area of concentration
9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire
