About The Position
The Traverse City Acute Inpatient Dialysis Nurse position is designed for experienced dialysis nurses, although training will be provided based on the candidate's nursing experience and skill level. The role requires independent work at times and involves the use of B Braun hemodialysis machines, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and plasmapheresis with NxStage machines. Peritoneal dialysis treatments are conducted using Baxter equipment. Nurses without prior CRRT and plasmapheresis experience will receive onsite training. Additionally, the position requires 4-5 days of call per month.
