About The Position
Portneuf Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join their established behavioral unit in Pocatello, Idaho. Your Work: 7 on/7 off Daily Treatment Team Meetings All patients seen by either Psychiatrist or APP daily APP support for each shift 19 bed behavioral health unit Phone only after hours call Teaching & supervision of Psychiatry and Family Medicine residents on rotation is required Your Hospital/Practice/Health System: Based in Pocatello, Idaho, Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized, comprehensive healthcare leader. With 205 beds, PMC serves as the region’s Level II Trauma and tertiary care center and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group and Portneuf Air Rescue. PMC has a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit, an adult Intensive Care Unit, nationally recognized orthopedic services, a full suite of cardiac care, center of excellence recognized surgeons, imaging, primary and specialty care.
