About The Position

As the Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy, ensuring safe and efficient medication distribution to patients. This role involves managing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing training and developmental opportunities to support your staff. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
• 3 years hospital pharmacy experience
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of practice or license eligible

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree (Masters in business or health care related field)
• BLS
• Board Certification in area of pharmacy practice (i.e. BCPS)
