About The Position

The Inpatient Pharmacy department at Prime St Francis Hospital is seeking a per diem pharmacist to coordinate activities and provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. This role involves ensuring patient safety across various medical services including General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services. The pharmacist will work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and will be required to work day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
