About The Position

The clinical pharmacist provides distributive and clinical services in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and goals of the Department of Pharmacy and Hospital. The clinical pharmacist promotes the safe and effective use of medications by working collaboratively with the pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in pharmacy.
• Eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
• 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributive and clinical services in accordance with departmental goals.
• Promote the safe and effective use of medications.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team and other healthcare professionals.
