About The Position
EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA is recruiting for an Inpatient Palliative Medicine Physician to join our exceptional, expanding Palliative Medicine team. Join a dynamic group of Palliative Medicine providers and interdisciplinary team members in a Seattle-area healthcare system recognized as a local leader in serious illness and end-of-life care. EvergreenHealth Medical Group (EHMG) is a physician-designed, physician-led group of 350+ EvergreenHealth primary care doctors and specialists who are employees of EvergreenHealth. EHMG includes 12 primary care practices, 48 specialty practices and teams of hospitalists and intensivists dedicated to in-patient care—all working alongside you in support of our patients who experience our highly collaborative, compassionate EHMG culture. EvergreenHealth is located in Kirkland, WA. Responsibilities
- Provide Inpatient Palliative Medicine consultations and follow-up visits for hospitalized adults.
- Work with our vibrant interdisciplinary Palliative Medicine team and collegial hospitalists, intensivists, specialists, and hospital staff.
- Participate in a close working relationship with EvergreenHealth’s hospice providers and staff.
- Take advantage of abundant opportunities to advance Palliative Care locally, statewide, and nationally.
