About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience is required.
• RN Licensed in the State of Wisconsin is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within the same or relevant practice area is preferred.
• Certification in relevant specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs.
• Lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services.
• Direct and evaluate the department's workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
• Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTEs.
