Requirements
- BSN from an accredited program (ADN considered with experience)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS (PALS a plus)
- 4+ years Med/Surg or related inpatient RN experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
Nice To Haves
- PALS a plus
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day inpatient operations—staffing, inventory, workflows
- Direct patient care and head-to-toe assessments when needed
- Real-time communication with physicians on patient status and treatment response
- Mentoring and supervising your nursing team, writing performance reports
- Process optimization—if something's broken, fix it; if it can be better, make it better
- Compliance with nursing standards, Patient Bill of Rights, and Nurse Practice Act
